6oz Hot Orzo

1 1/2oz Irish whiskey

1 tsp brown sugar

heavy cream

shot of Bailey's (optional)

Combine whiskey, sugar, and Orzo in a mug stirring to dissolve. Add Bailey's if desired. Float cold cream by pouring over the back of a spoon gently on top. Do not mix.
